Cedar Morgan | Managing Director
Cedar took over as Managing Director in 1991 and is the majority shareholder of BM Security. Prior to her 25 years in Private Security, she built a career in the Aviation & Hospitality industry over two decades. Under her stewardship, BM has started Dog Services and Electronic Security, making the company one of Kenya’s largest and most innovative security service providers.
Neil Morgan | Chief Executive Officer
With over five years at ADT Fire and Security and Cooperative Insurance in the UK, Neil joined BM Security in 2008. He pursued a Business Enterprise degree at Manchester Metropolitan University (UK) and a Master’s in Security Management from Webster University (USA). Neil is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) International, and qualified in Close Protection Operations and Crisis & Mass Disaster Management.
Espen Sitter | Chief of Staff
Espen has 10 years of professional and managerial experience in management having worked with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) as the regional HR manager in our East Africa headquarters in Nairobi. He has worked in areas of international project management, human resource operations, optimization and strategic thinking. He holds undergraduate and masters degrees in administration from Harvard University (USA) and London School of Economics (UK).
Ross Anson | Advisor to the Board
Ross has over 40 years’ experience in Private Security across East Africa, the Middle East and the UK. Before joining BM Security in 2014, he managed KK Security’s US Embassy contract and was a Director of Wells Fargo Security. A member of the International Police Association and the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) International, he also served as the founding Chairman of its Kenyan Chapter.
Ashman Puri | Corporate Affairs Director
Ashman started at BM Security in 2005 in the capacity of Marketing Manager. In 2008, he rose internally to Corporate Affairs Manager and held the post until September 2014 when he was appointed to the Board as Corporate Affairs Director. Ashman holds a BSc (Hons) in Management and Economics from Salve Regina University (USA).
Grace Wanyoike | Chief Financial Officer
Having spent over 26 years in Finance & Administration across various multinational companies, including Abercrombie & Kent, Ciba Geigy, World Agroforestry Centre and Unilever, Grace joined BM in 2015. Holding a BComm (Accounting) degree and an MBA in Finance, she is currently pursuing an MBA in Strategic Management. Grace is a certified Public Accountant of Kenya and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya.
