INDUSTRIAL
AREA (COMMERCIAL) COVERAGE
BM Systems specialized vehicles have a restricted
response area within a radius of two thousand
metres of Enterprises Road and Lunga Lunga Road.
Our technical department is certified
by Kenya Security Industry Association, and
is capable of providing full service for all
types of security system currently available
and installed.
To change your current provider will cost you
absolutely nothing provided your current alarm
has been installed to meet KSIA standards (free
report compiled) we will install our radio alarm
transmitter free of charge.
We require no deposit/installation fee,
simply one month’s backup fee, and annual CCK
license fee (Kshs. 1,400.20).
In case of a new premises (without any
alarm system) we shall carryout a security survey
(free of charge) and give you a precise compiled
report.
We

Our new radio alarm service for residential
properties provides for a free, fail safe panic
button system or the takeover of any existing
alarm system.
AUDIO VISUAL SURVEILLANCE
SERVICE
Currently
all
the security service providers rely solely on
manual and automatic intruder alarm systems
installed in offices and godowns.
It’s quite common for a client to be
woken up in the middle of the night (especially
during weekends) and drive all the way to his/her
business premises only to discover it was only
FALSE
ALARM!!
To eliminate completely false alarms, and give
you peace of mind, we have embarked on a CCTV
Surveillance Service.
Our CCTV Surveillance special vehicles
are equipped with a CCTV monitor and a 38.5
meter observation pole with spotlights and a
360o CCTV Dome camera at the end.
We would provide 2 CCTV cameras FREE
OF CHARGE to cover medium size offices/godowns,
and in case of any extra cameras, we would only
require a refundable deposit of Kshs. 5,000/=
per camera.
In an event of an alarm at night in covered
offices/godowns the crews of specialised vehicle
would be able to view, listen and if necessary
record all events taking place in the said places.
In addition with observation pole we would be
able to view the top of ordinary godown for
intruders.
NB:
The CCTV cameras remain our property
and we maintain the system at no extra cost.

We are now able to provide CCTV Surveillance
service at night in business premises and godowns,
hence eliminating False alarms, and guaranteeing
you peace of mind.
WIRELESS ALARM SYSTEM
Our wireless alarm system is designed to protect
you, your family and home at your most vulnerable
time, while you sleep and when you are out or
away.
There is no ugly wiring, no damage, no
fuss and no mess.
It comprises of (wireless) keypad control
panel with internal siren and standby battery,
3 P.I.R. motion sensor, entry door magnetic
contact and 2 remote panic buttons.
Clients paying 6 months alarm backup fee, and
a refundable deposit will qualify for FREE rental
of a wireless intruder system, with free installation,
servicing and routine maintenance.
ADDITIONAL REASONS

a)
Warranty
All our equipment/workmanship are covered for
a period of 1 year from installation date, provided
the damage is not caused by fire, storm, electrical
surge or willful neglect.
b)
Automatic Self Test
Our alarm transmitters are programmed to send
a 24 hour self test signal to our duel control
room computer, which automatically checks our
clients base.
Failure to receive the test signal would
result to automatic investigation by our technicians.
c)
Circuit Fail Safe Alarm
As you may be aware, if a fixed panic switch
was accidentally left in the ON position, all
the other panic switches in the circuit would
be rendered inoperative.
Unlike most security providers who leaves this
important task to the client, we continually
monitor the circuit status and will advise the
client immediately should a switch be left on.
d) Tamper Proof System
Our system’s cable circuit incorporates a unique
anti short capability.
Cutting the cable or even short circuiting
the system will trigger alarm transmission.
In addition any damage to the cable would
be noted, via an alarm signal and response crew
will attend, investigate and if damaged our
technicians would repair it.
e)
Alarm Signal Identification
We do not relay on one signal only as most security
providers do!
We have the facility of identifying the
source of the alarm signal.
All alarm signals are individually identified,
be it automatic, remote, or fixed panic buttons,
thus providing the alarm backup crews with the
precise source of the alarm signals.

Dual Control Rooms
To guarantee your maximum security, all alarm
signal are monitored simultaneously in our two
independent control centers – Bob Morgan Security
at Jamhuri Park and EARS Group.
g)
Power Failure
Unlike other systems, ours are backed up by
rechargeable 6 Ah batteries and in case of power
failure the system would operate for about 3
days.
Incidentally we would be monitoring the
situation via our 24-hour automatic self-test.
h)
BM Systems / Police Link
Our combined response alarm backup singles us
as one of the largest modern response fleet
in Nairobi.
In addition our close relationship with
the Kenyan Police Force where we are set to
install our radio link and other emergency services
ensure we have the capability to respond to
any emergency promptly and effectively.
